New Life Bible Fellowship Church was organized and established in 2005 by founding Pastor, Bill Toney.
We praise God for all He has done for us as we strive to please Him in all that we do.
What we Believe:
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and that the Father, God, raised Him from the dead. Because He got up, now we can get up from whatever has us bound and live a life of victory through the power of our risen Savior.

In keeping with the command of our risen Savior to carry out the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, the New Life Bible Fellowship Church will strive to become Disciples of Christ by growing toward spiritual maturity through the knowledge of God’s word in order to impact and elevate humanity.

Our Pastor
Bio of Pastor Bill Toney
A native of Dallas, Texas; born into a family of preachers, Bill accepted his calling to preach in May of 1991. After sitting under the leadership of his father, the late Pastor L.C. Toney as an Associate Minister, he became Co-Pastor of the Sunrise Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas in 1994. In 2002, he planted the New Life Fellowship Church in Dallas, which later became the New Life Bible Fellowship Church. Pastor Toney attended El Centro College, The University of Texas at Arlington, The Criswell Center of Biblical Studies. His degree is in Liberal Arts.
Pastor Toney was the Moderator of the United Church Fellowship District Association is Dallas from 2003-2014. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Bible Theological Institute in Dallas. He also currently serves on the Budget and Finance Committee of the Dallas Baptist Association and has held previous positions with the Dallas Baptist Association as Chairman of the Church Planting Committee and as President of the Pastor’s Conference.
Pastor Toney has gone on multiple mission trips to the country of Ecuador where he was part of a team spreading the gospel of Christ to unreached people groups. As a bi-vocational Pastor, Pastor Toney has been the agency owner of the The Bill Toney’s Allstate Insurance Agency since 1997, where he employs and manages a staff to assist him with the operation.
Pastor Toney is accredited through the state of Texas with 2 state licenses, and he has obtained other certifications and designations, honors and achievements during the course of his career.
Most of all, Pastor Toney loves God, his family, people and is a true servant leader. Pastor Toney is married to Alicia Toney and they have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. Alicia is native of Houston, Texas and is a “Jewel” of a 1st Lady. She is the ultimate team player and has a heart to serve. She is a great blessing to the church.
